Equipped with a thick, cast aluminum cooking surface, the griddle offers a large surface area and advanced temperature control. A one-of-a-kind vented stainless steel lid is included with every griddle, letting you steam foods, like scallops and shrimp, in just a few minutes. When you’re done, the nonstick surface can be wiped clean in seconds.

The Wolf Gourmet griddle is designed with a thick, cast aluminum cooking surface mirroring the precision, quality and look of a Wolf built-in griddle. The 12 by 17 inch professional-grade surface offers superior nonstick coating, and a 1/2 inch deep rim adds more control while turning or stirring your favorite foods.

The heating element is cast directly into the thick cooking surface, setting this griddle apart for its ability to heat evenly and maintain consistent temperatures.

Use the unique stainless steel vented lid with soft-grip handle to steam a variety of foods, like lobster, shrimp and vegetables. A lid height of 1.85 inches provides plenty of room for cooking thick cuts of meat. The lid also protects your cooking surface when not in use.

The temperature can be set between warm (150°F) and 450ºF with the precision temperature control knob. Power and preheat lights indicate when the griddle is plugged in and when it reaches the selected temperature.

A drain opening on the cooktop directs excess liquid or oil into the drip tray, which is removable and easily accessible from the front to reduce messes.

Drips and splatters wipe away effortlessly from the nonstick surface. The stainless steel drip tray is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

Stainless steel construction is a seamless complement to Wolf cooking appliances.
