Return Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.
If a return is necessary, your sales associate can help facilitate the return. To start the return process, call or email us at the phone number or email address found on our Contact Us page. Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary based on the reason for return. See below for more information.
Defective Products: See your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for details about manufacturer parts and labor warranties. If your product is defective upon arrival notify us of the problem immediately.
Damaged Products: Product(s) will be delivered by one of our delivery teams for all local deliveries. Upon delivery, inspect your product for damage. If the product is damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery. We will contact you to schedule another delivery.
The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store regarding any cancellation or return. Delivered products in use are not returnable. Special order products are not returnable. Any returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage. All products approved for return will incur a 20% restocking fee. Any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges from our warehouse are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product.
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

Appliance Delivery Policy
Bekins appliance delivery or drop off entails any product set in a street level garage still in its original packaging. Installation charges apply for:
- Any products brought into a customer’s home for installation.
- Any product being unboxed and brought into a customer’s home and set in front of the opening for a subcontractor or home owner to install.
Important Note: Due to risk of injury, ONLY Bekins Installers may be used for moving appliances. Others are not trained to lift properly as a team.

Appliance Installation Policy:
Installation charges apply to product that is delivered and installed. Bekins is not licensed to—and will not—install new plumbing, electrical or mechanical. Bekins can only connect to existing plumbing, electrical, or mechanical. A plumber must be on site to install a dishwasher in a new construction home. Bekins does not measure for or install duct covers unless they can be ordered from the hood manufacturer. Custom duct covers need to be installed by the fabricator or contractor.
Bekins will install wood panels onto a unit ONLY if the following conditions are met:
- The panels are present.
- All hardware (pulls, handles, etc.) is mounted on the panels.
- All surrounding cabinets are mounted and leveled with cabinet doors on.
Bekins reserves the right to charge an hourly rate for special circumstances and special order products. A member of our team will notify you of all charges when scheduling the installation.
Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy
We sell within the State of Michigan only. Please contact us with specific questions regarding our installation and service area.
Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Clearance Policy
All clearance product requires payment in full to reserve and must be delivered or picked up within 90 days. Clearance sales are final and cannot be returned. See store associate for any additional terms and conditions which may pertain to select products.
