Scott Bekins Spearheads National Service Playbook

The committee started in 2019 to establish best practices and guidelines for independent appliance servicers across the nation, and the playbook will improve appliance service around the United States.

Local servicing dealers around the nation, and the brands they service all contributed best practice ideas for the playbook. The playbook benefits customers immediately and will continue to benefit customers as more dealers and brands offer their advice each day.
