Koray Derman, the Global Customer Care Executive Director for Arcelik, visited company President Scott Bekins and members of the Bekins management team this month. Arcelik is a Turkish multinational manufacturer of household goods including the appliance brand Beko.
Derman had plenty of choices for his visit considering:
- Their parent company, Koc Holdings, accounts for 31% of Turkey’s international sales.
- Beko serves 135 different countries…
- …and Beko is only one of 12 companies Derman directs under the Arcelik brand.
The Global Director spent more than six hours with the Bekins team touring the Warehouse and Service Center in Coopersville, then the Bekins Grand Rapids showroom.
